About me
I’m Nicola, a yoga teacher and Chopra-certified Ayurvedic Lifestyle coach, passionate about helping others find balance, vitality, and deeper connection through ancient wisdom adapted for modern life.
My journey with yoga and Ayurveda has been one of healing and transformation. Trained as a Kundalini yoga teacher, my practice today is softer and more feminine than modern kundalini, shaped as it is by the wisdom of Ayurveda, which teaches us to listen to our bodies and align with the rhythms of nature.
Through yoga, Ayurveda, retreats and events, I help people create and sustain holistic well-being. My approach is grounded yet intuitive, traditional yet adaptable, always honouring what feels right for you.
Want to explore together? Whether you’re looking for a class, event, or personalised Ayurvedic Lifestyle coaching, I’d love to support your journey.
