Ayurveda.
The science of life.
Ayurveda is an ancient Indian holistic philosophy that shows how to live a healthy and more fulfilled life by balancing mind, body and spirit. The word Ayurveda is derived from the Sanskrit word, ayus, meaning “life,” and veda, meaning “wisdom” or “science.” Ayurveda is therefore the science of life.
The magic of living wisely.
According to Ayurveda, being healthy does not simply mean the absence of disease. Health is when your mind, body and consciousness is in perfect harmony and balance.
Ayurveda empowers us to become our own healers and reclaim our natural state of vitality. Every day, every hour, we can choose either health or illness. When we choose wisely, nature rewards us with health and happiness.
Ayurveda has no ‘one size fits all’ prescription for well-being; instead, every practice is based on an individual's unique mind-body type, known as a dosha, and its state of current balance or imbalance.
Ayurvedic lifestyle practices give us enormous benefits:
Reduces stress and anxiety
Boosts the immune system
Promotes digestion
Improves skin health
Enhances brain function
Supports heart health
Improves sleep quality
Offers a profound journey of self-discovery
A holistic path to harmony.

Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coaching for Businesses.
According to the World Health Organisation, stress is the health epidemic of the 21st century. Research reveals that:
88% of employees are often stressed.
1 in 5 employees call in sick due to stress.
For every £1 spent on supporting the mental health and wellbeing of their workforce, employers get (on average) about £4.70 back in increased productivity
It’s clearly imperative is that everyone feels nurtured, calm, balanced so they can be agile and efficient within the workplace, and Ayurvedic wisdom fulfils that role perfectly.
I offer inspiring and experiential group sessions. These can either be the complete five session programme (covering meditation, conscious-breathing, nutrition, using the inner pharmacy and emotional freedom), or tailor-made one-off sessions, for example on stress management or meditation. Please get in touch to chat about your company’s need!
“Success also includes good health, energy and enthusiasm for life, fulfilling relationships, creative freedom, emotional and psychological stability, a sense of well-being, and peace of mind.”
