Taking care of ourselves is vital for our mental and physical well-being - although we usually make it a low priority because of time pressures or because it makes us feel guilty to put ourselves first. However, how can we take care of others if we aren’t giving ourselves the time to replenish and nurture our own body, mind and soul?
Here are a few things you can do to care for and feed your soul. Try to do at least one every day if you can:
Take walks in nature.
Watch a funny movie.
Have a hot bath.
Start a gratitude journal.
Read an inspiring book.
Take time to just be.
Spend time with people that make you happy.
Meditate
Practice yoga.
